MICR Toner Cartridges
Most HP & Lexmark laser printers can be used as a laser check printer. All you need is an MICR toner cartridge, check paper, and check printing software. There is some free software available online that will enable you to print checks. Choose from our list of HP, Lexmark, IBM and our other MICR toner cartridges as your choice of printing checks.
To insure easy processing by bank systems, MICR fonts must be printed extremely accurately with a laser printer. All of our MICR toner cartridges are a premium modified cartridge filled with black magnetic toner that will deliver crisp bank readable text. We can offer our compatible remanufactured MICR toner cartridges at a 50% cost reduction from the OEM brands.
Unlike some of our competitors, we simply do not drill a hole in the side of the toner cartridge and refill it with MICR toner. Like all remanufactured cartridges, the MICR cartridges are completely disassembled and the parts inspected and thoroughly cleaned. Key internal parts including the drum, corona wire assembly, wiper blade, and roller if defective or worn are replaced. The toner cartridge is filled with the correct amount of MICR toner and then is reassembled. It goes through a final inspection then packaged in an anti-static bag and placed in a protective Styrofoam cradle before being shipped to the customer.
